What do you consider to be elements?

I was wondering, because different cultures and people have very different opinions on this, so I wanted to start the forums rolling with a debate about just what are the elements? Here's my opinion on what they may be.

Earth, Fire, Water, Air

Light, Darkness, Aether.

Aether being a neutral energy. So what do you guys think?

Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire I would consider yes. However I don't believe in Aether, everything is created from some odd combination of these four in my oppinion. Light and Dark I do believe in, not as good and evil, but as higher level magick, not elemental.
